    This year, some D1 teams have B teams instead of -21 teams. Some B teams are placed in D2 or D3. Unfortunately there are teams that have their B team without a championship.
    I have simulated several seasons and I have not seen any change in these teams (example: Mechelen).

    Can you tell me if at some point these B teams are expected to enter a league?

    And can you tell me if we take a small team, it will be possible to have a B team and in a championship?

    Kv Mechelen have a team in 2e amateur B in real life (which isn't active in the game).

    They have no team competing in the u21 league.

    Same goes fot the other teams competing in 2e amateur.
