Description of issue

I was encountering an issue when starting a new save in which the kick-off time for every team in a league is the same (there is no lunchtime kick-off nor Friday night game). How do I solve this issue?

Do you have it set so that games are not moved for TV in your preferences? You can check this under Match Scheduling Options:
