South Africa - strange temporary stadium move

Description of issue

I've a strange one - i'm playing in South Africa and just won promotion to the PSL

However, we've had to do a stadium move temporarily to install seating which although normally fine has meant a club in Johannesburg moving to Cape Town to do so which isn't exactly close. I suspect there is an issue with the geographic settings.

Just to note "All Stars" used to be "Cape Town All Stars"

I expect a database issue then if you want to move there
