Description of issue
Playing as Koln in first season. Passed End of transfer window and registered the first squad in full. Shortly after I promoted a couple of FC Koln 2 players to the first team squad. They came up as unregistered, which I was fine as expected them to be under 18 ad therefore ok. (Turns out German league rules are different). When I clicked on the red symbol Unr, it took me through to the squad registration team again. At which point I cleared everyone and tried to on mass add all back in. I then have a message saying the squad registration can't be changed. However by now the entire team was now unregistered and I cannot cancel or undo. Resulting in my match being played by a team of regens.
