    Description of issue

    If you pick bunch of nations in Europe and USA as playable nations, and you start the save from USA's start of season(7th of January 2023) we can see that every Europe's league will have 0 points and 0 games played in January , rather then half of the season played, which is impossible. I guess it is not a feature it is just a bug.

    This is not a bug, if you choose a January start date for a save game, the European's league (and any other leagues which start their season in August) will begin in the next season.
