Can you upload a save file with an example showing this at the ready thank you.

 

The option appears for me, but it has worked precisely 0% of the time as far as I can recall. Even several seasons into my save. It could be argued it was overpowered in past editions, but it's been overcorrected to the point of uselessness now.
