Description of issue

- Version: 23.5.0+1827095 (m. e v23.2.0.0)
If you manage a club that does not have a reserve team and you reach a point where the board are willing the establish one (and obviously accept), then you will start to receive training emails for that reserve team, and you will not be able to switch them off, even if you toggle the checkbox option under Staff -> Training. This is seemingly irrespective of whether you are actively managing training for your 1st team or have delegated that to someone else, and also irrespective of who you deem should take control of the reserve side
I have seen this anomaly for various clubs across different leagues - e.g. Leipzig, Leverkusen, Granada, etc.
