Description of issue
Hi,
A french user, raised me a possible issue in Portugal U23 League but i don't know if it's an issue or not.
He explains me that he can't ask his U23 coach to use the same tactic as the first team.
As you can see on this screenshot, he has a sentence saying "you can't modify the tactic of this team because it's manage by Alex Maranhao"
On the 2nd screenshot, you can see that he has not the sentence he has on the U23 team screenshot.
Do you think it's a possible issue, or a rule for U23 team ?
