    Description of issue

    Hello, we're trying to join an online game for versus game mode. 
    However it shows loading game but then comes off and doesn't join the game.
    One user is on a Mac and another on Windows. Is this causing the issue?

    i have similar problem. 4 days now we cannot join online game. Me and my friend. We both have 23.5 version of manager and windows

    We are aware of issues with Epic and our online servers and we're working hard to resolve them, it's not entirely in our hands at the moment so we can only ask for patience I'm afraid.

    Is this in specific regions or is it effective globally ?
