    Description of issue

    I am unsure if that has been reported already but in my current Wrexham save I am now going into the 5th season and still cannot even ask for more scouts. 

    I can request basically everything else, but not scouts.

    One we're aware of and have under review. In the meantime, it should reset itself when a new scouting budget is allocated by the board at the end of the season.
