  • World Cup Qualification Asia second round: topped my group by 9 points but second place qualified instead

    Description of issue

    I used to the in-game editor to make myself manager for South Korea during the world cup qualifiers. At this point they had played 5 and won 5, so I took over with 3 games left to play. After my first game, a win, the media in the post match press conference indicated that we were too far behind in the group to qualify, and my board performance was rated F. Won my last 2 games as well to finish on 24 points, 9 ahead of second place Jordan but they qualified, not me. There's no indication as to why this happened - everything in the game seems to think I finished on fewer points than them and I was nearly sacked. The next round of the competition has now started without South Korea in it.

    Do you have any save files we could have to investigate please? Ideally after taking over as South Korea, but before the first match?
