I'm trying to Create a custom Nation Rules but whenever I verify using advanced rules or playing a verified basic database (crashes when the world cup starts) that only occurs with the 23.3.0 update. I have created several Save points during the process of creating the new nation rules and only after a certain point does this issue happen. I cannot work out what the issue that is causing it to occur other than something to do with the future transfers.
