First, I tried to follow the same procedure as in the video above to make the prize money change and it did not work.
The difference with the video is the FM 2.0 update. I asked the creator of the video if it was just me and he said he also gets the same error message after the 2.0 update.

I am also getting this issue.
 

Whenever I convert from Basic Rules to Advanced Rules, I get this error. I still get it even without enabling Fixture Rules for any nation. I essentially cannot do anything with Advanced Rules regardless of what I’m doing, even with a fresh database. 

i get the same issues too ,
its a bug then ... 

i think there is something wrong in mexico nation rules > advanced rules > match rules(rules 1 expansion league )  > squad selection rules  ,,,, whenever i run a test before removing red circle on my screenshot ,its always pop up an error but if i remove it and run a test and its work like a charm but the problem arise whenever i tried run a test on other nation even without changing any rules and keep it on default its always gonna pop up the same error .
