Players shown as ineligible in Team News Screen, but not in squad list.

Thank you. Just to add, I noticed the issue also exists with another editor file, completely separate from my own.

 

Upon further investigation, the issue seems to affect teams which have a maximum age set. I also checked some teams in a Canadian file with maximum age of 21, and despite being under the limit, AI managers are not playing them.
