Squad number selection bug in custom international comps?

I think it's the 2 days - if I make it so you have to pick your squad 3 days+ before the comp, you can pick numbers (it stays 3 days before the tourney too). So the options to call up your team 1 or 2 days before the comp should probably be removed, or move the number selection date to automatically coincide with squad selection (the box we can pick for that doesn't seem to work)

It's an issue across any international comp with less than 3 entered for "Days Before Finals Competition for Squad Selection" which is under the "Players" tab under the competition's advanced rules. This remains the case even if "Days Before Competition Start for Squad Number Selection" is set to 1 or 2.

In the save, you can see the issue if you look at the calendar for January 2023. Simming ahead to that date will encounter the bug where the game blocks you from picking squad numbers (and continuing) because you haven't picked your squad yet (set for the next day). Note from the editor file that this is despite the "days before competition start for squad number selection" being set to 1.
