Description of issue

Hi

I have read https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/sections/9807315748881-Technical-Issues?page=1#articles nothing I could see covers this. @Zachary Whyte can you move to correct forum please

The actual file seems to fully load[the green progress bar loads fully then the error message appears

file has been loaded called-[qwe qqqq - Unemployed 2024.fm]
