Rosario Central - Pre-Arranged Transfer

Thanks, @Bigpapa42 - this should have been altered in the finances for Rosario Central when the transfer was confirmed, as the game does not alter the balances upon the date of transfer, in-game. Now that Buonanotte is a Brighton player (which will be reflected in the next update), this is no longer an issue, but Rosario Central's finances will need updating to reflect this. @keyzerFAQ

I figured the money was already considered "accounted for" which is why nothing came thru, but it definitely should be reflected in Rosario's financial situation. Not even with higher transfer budget, but just a better bank balance. I believe part of the 6m might be going into club infrastructure so... maybe facilities improvement?
