    Description of issue

    John McGinn work rate should be higher 

    Ashley Young work rate and stamina should be higher as well as pace he can still keep up with the best

    Douglas Luiz new contract and also free kicks and corners should be a lot higher (has the ability to score goals from corners)

    i think a lot of the U21s and U18s should have higher potential (Ben Chrisene, Tim Iroegbunam Tommie O'Reilly, Louie Barry to name a few) as they have an excellent youth system which is also not replicated in the game it seems quite average and Villa are placing massive emphasis on excellent youth recruitment

    training facilities should be comparable to elite clubs as its state of the art and not long rebuilt

    Also, the clubs economic situation should reflect that the owners are billionaires with an intent to lift the club up instead of draining it for players and money like Lerner did.

    Villa has an excellent youth system, in-game, capable of producing very high quality newgen players, and also has the highest possible rating for its training facilities.

    Chrisene, Iroegbunam and Barry are very highly rated, in-game; have you played the game and witnessed their development?
