Alessandria this season plays in group b of Italian Serie C. As per statements repeated several times by the president Luca di Masi, the company is still for sale, looking for a buyer, Italian or foreign. Not for debts, but for a downsizing of the president's activities. Furthermore, the stated goal of the club is a quiet salvation, not the playoffs (a more than realistic goal for the fans).
