Description of issue

Mikkel Ceide is now on loan in Tromsø IL.
He has a optional future fee in that loan deal.

Don't know what the fee is.
But there is a fee that Tromsø IL can manage to pay IF they want to buy him after the season.

This has been in the newspaper when the deal was done.

The "fee" is reported to be set at NOK 0,- (yes, zero, not a typo) but with a re-sale clause.
