  • 1 Scout, cannot ask for more scouts, recommendations return nothing

    Just making sure the issue is in the proper forum page.

    I am playing an English save from Vanarama North. Scout budget used to reduce to 0 then back up again. When it was back to 100K the board would reinstate the number of scouts.

    I am now in League one, and the board only allows for a single scout which returns no recommendations.

    I have uploaded a save named Chorley.fm as well.
