    Traore is upset that I signed another midfielder because he thinks Domingo is going to take his playing time. I assured him that he won't (I signed them for different roles), and was forced into promising him that therefore his playing time would not decrease (when it would make more sense to promise that Domingo wouldn't play in his particular position, but I digress).

    However, the issue is that the resulting promise is a "fair INCREASE" to his playing time. He's already a Star Player! How would I increase that, and why would he interpret my response to mean an increase regardless?

    Happens again in save VPS new iii - why is a backup defensive mid (Eriksson) upset I've signed an attacking mid (Tomas), and why does the game force me to promise him an INCREASE in playing time when I try to explain to him that the new guy was not signed to replace him at his role? Doesn't make any sense.
