  • B Team Players Unsettled

    Hello,

I don't feel like young players with the status "Future Prospect" or "Youngster" should be unsettled by lack of first team playing time if they're starting every game for the club's B-team squad, which plays in the country's 2nd tier league. I seem to get this issue a lot and will give an example below. They'll ask to go on loan and be thrilled to go to a team in the same or lower division as the club's B-team.

Here is Gustavo Vargas, 19 year old keeper from our youth academy. I'm playing Porto, so Porto B is in the Portuguese 2nd tier. Vargas has started every game for Porto B, but is unhappy because of his lack of first team minutes and wants to go out on loan. He set at Future Prospect and I haven't promised him anything. He looks a decent prospect, so I'd understand if he thinks he's too good for the 2nd tier and wants to move to a team in the top tier but he wants to move to a team in the Portuguese 3rd tier instead.

I don't have other examples lined up, but I see this quite a lot in this save. It seems as though the happiness logic treats B-teams like Reserve teams that don't play in competitive leagues, when it should at least consider the league level and playing time of the B team (starting every game in the Portuguese 2nd tier is pretty good for a 19 year old keeper!)
