Description of issue

I bought a player in my Celtic game and I was able to set it as an important signing and for the board to deal with the negotiations.

Player was signed with no problems but just noticed during the monthly board review that they are are unhappy with the finances involved with the transfer.

We've struggled to reproduce this and haven't seen many more instance of it, have you seen any new examples on the latest code? Appreciate it's been a while!
