  • Cannot hire scouts with 3rd tier club even after getting promoted to 1st tier

    I'm playing with Caldas from Portuguese 3rd tier. Since I started the game until the end of the 3rd season (already on the 1st tier) I'm unable to hire scouts or even ask about getting more scout spots:

    Hello, this is a known issue we're looking into. For now can you try allocating more funds to your scouting budget. This should allow the number of scouts to increase.
