Can't progress 'Discuss Issue' player interaction

Very sorry you've encountered this, thank you for posting the issue and providing the save game - will get this passed to the devs to look in to further.

If you holiday 1 day that'll allow you to progress pass the interaction and continue with your save.

Exact same problem is happening to me too just now.
Going on a holiday won't fix it because it is happening on the next conversation also, it is not a one time thing.

Can't manage a team without talking to the players in meetings...........

This is happening to me also. It occurs on every save I start. I have tried uninstalling, deleting all folders and reinstalling the game and the same issue occurs. I have tried adjusting my profile to increase manager past experience and this does not change anything. 
 

I am not using any skins or anything, everything is default.

 

We believe we've fixed this in one of our past updates now, but do let us know if you spot any further instances.
