    This is the message that I have just received.

    What has drawn my attention to this is the supporter expectations.

    Let's ignore the "season-defining" bit, and let's look 1st at "rivals" and then at "bottom of the league". 

    Rivals. We have a fluid club rivalry system within the game so let's look at what it says. Merida are mentioned nowhere so there is no rivalry.

    Bottom of the League. Neither one of us is close to the bottom of the league. Merida are in 9th and we're 12th in a league of 20. 

    I love features of the game like this, but unless they are accurate and reflect real situations within the game, they basically just cosmetic decorating and worse than that as supporter influence at some clubs can be significant, this could theoretically ruin saves.

    It's been mentioned elsewhere that while Ceuta might not have Merida as a rivalry, Merida might have Ceuta as a rivalry. 

    I have checked that and it's not the case.

    Merida rivalries.
