If I decide to end a contract from a expensive Staff Member by mutual Termination there is no change in Wage or Transfer Budget. I don´t know if this is wanted and the summs are just going into balance without effecting any budgets or if it´s a bug.
But furthermore in a save with ADO Den Haag I fired the Head Performance Analyst having a wage of 1500€/w. Then I wanted to sign another one but the maximum wage i could offer (Board specification) was 500€/w. I don´t think it is logical that a club has staff members that earn 1500€/w and more (there are some that earn 3000€/w and 4000€/w at Den Haag) but not only there isn´t a increase in Wage Budget when firing them but also the Board specification is a third or even less of the original wage.
Steps to reproduce:
Load the file "HennesderXte staff firing Den Haag.fm"
Fire at least 2 of the expensive Staff members by mutual Termination
(Then there is no change in any Budget)
Try to hire one for the same Job (There is a much lower maximum wage)
