On starting the game unemployed I went on holiday and set a return date of 04 November 2022. On returning I applied for jobs at Preston NE and Crystal Palace and was offered a job with the latter. On the contract negotiation screen, the left-hand sidebar states under the sub-section "5 Year Plan" that I should: "Work towards developomg the Premier Division's best youth system."
