  • No Option to tell Staff member he is welcome to leave

    Not sure if bug or oversight but a team came in for a member of staff so i went into the chat to staff options and there are 3 options of why he shouldn't leave and no option to say he is welcome to leave.

    Surely there needs to be an option for this.

    Hi, the chat option is called 'Ask to stay' and is there if you want to persuade them to stay. I agree with you that 'welcome to leave' button would be a nice addition I will note down this feedback, thank you.
