Generally I find it so confusing/restrictive how the club says they'll give you a budget for staff changes but then there was no particular "staff changes" screen, and when I go to hire new people the max wages are all too low, and when I ask to raise the wage limit it's always rejected.

Our finances are "okay," and I'm saving some money by mutually releasing some staff I won't replace because I don't use their roles.
