Had two players that wanted to leave, I asked them to stick around till the end of the season and help us earn promotion. If we don't get promoted, they can leave.
I ended up finishing third, no automatic promotion but I am in No1 spot for the playoffs. Both players are now unhappy.
I could understand if I lose the playoffs, but its too soon to be unhappy I think.
