    Hi, can someone explain to me what this option means?

    It serves me only to raise morale, but I don't know on what basis I could use this statement. I've never gotten a bad response to using that statement, and I think it can be considered cheating in-game when praise or reprimand for a bad/good last game/form/training is not an option to boost team morale.

    ok, but tell me why we should praise our players if they do nothing but play football.

    There is no information that the footballer donated money to charity or other positive events to benefit from such options.
    And like I said. You can use this every week, it boosts the player's morale, and you can consider it a free morale booster
