Managing as VTSC in Portugal, I was sacked after losing 4-2 on aggregate in the conference league qualifiers, which happened to be the first two games of the season. As it was an objective to reach the knockout stages of the conference league, the board were unhappy this didn't happen and sacked me. Seems super unrealistic that the board would take this drastic measure while basically still being in pre-season.
