Description of issue
Got sacked due to not following through with a promise which was to give youth players game time and if I succeeded I got an improved junior coaching. I did not succeed and as soon as the promise finished I got sacked immediately, no meeting to talk about it either. This was the first promise I have broken in the save (so no history of it which could help lead them to sacking me). Club was also performing well, over achieving, as finished 3rd in Bundesliga and won back-back DFB Pokals (so performance wasn’t an issue). I feel as though there is no way that this promise break should lead to a sacking, it should only lead to me not getting the thing I would’ve if I succeeded the promise.
Can probably recreate it by gaining a promise through a board request and not completing it.
