Not even 100% this is a bug exactly, but it is annoying. I discovered if you try to sign staff to a role with too many staff already (FC Bayern U19s coaches in this case). The deal is canceled without offering the chance to terminate and replace.
Probbably not that big in the scheeme of things. But I was trying to sign an U19 Coach at Bayern. Couldn't find my U19s coaches. Figgured fine, I'll have the option to terminate. Then the contract was cancelled. Now he won't talk to me, because I messed him around. I would have liked the choice to terminate 2 bad coaches for one good. Or some kind of warning at least. (yeah finding U19s coaches isn't hard lol).
