When taking a job mid season (after starting unemployed) the board seems to include previous managers performance when judging mine. I took over AFC Fylde in 3rd position. Played 1 game (lost) and was called to a meeting to discuss my future as my performance wasnt good enough. I have also seen this with AI managers taking a job and then being sacked after two games as the club was already in an unsaticfactory position. The game is unplayable when starting unemployed because of this.
