When you click the second option ("We're the underdogs today, but that suits us. Go and cause a few surprises."), the quote says: "Good luck out there, we're going to need it."
I know the text from the quote is never a copy-paste from the option we select, but these two strings don't match even remotely in my opinion. What we can select sounds motivational and its idea seems to be to lift the pressure of your team. However, what we end up saying is straight up demotivating and doesn't tell the team that they can "cause a few surprises". And the players also don't react to that quote which suggests that what we're clicking doesn't actually motivate players.
