Description of issue

Hello, I am currently in 2029 and for 3 seasons now my u18 team has not played any league games apart from a few cup games For example this season they have only played 2 games while in my save it is 5 April 2029. In addition my staff is part of the worst staff in D3 England (??). Theoretically my u18 team should be part of D1 England because I'm in the Premier League. Could it be a bug because I went from English D4 to the Premier League? It's disabling because my youngsters are absolutely not developing. Thanks
