I have just launched your games but unfortunately at some point during loading my mouse is no longer displayed but it is displayed on other applications and games

We'd suggest removing your cache and preferences then reverify your game cache. Details on how to do so below:

it doesn't work, and it's weird because I just don't see the mouse on the game because when I'm on the game and I shift F3 I see the friends menu with my mouse, and I can still do all the actions i just want i don't voice the cursor

and it is from this screen that I no longer see my mouse

If you put the game into Windowed mode (you can do this by clicking Alt + Enter) do you have the same issue?

but for the 3rd i dont have icon on my desktop and i need to launch my games  by epic games store and i dont see the game here when i search football manager

By default Epic Games are installed here - C:\Program Files\Epic Games

Is FM23 in there?

its FM22 and not FM22 is not here idk why, i have try to reinstall epic games and FM22 but doesnt work...
