    I have installed the game and every time I go to launch the game it comes up with an error message saying unknown error,

    tried looking at options to work, verifying files etc but nothing worked

    Hello, if you see the this error it is possible that your system is below the system requirements.

    We suggest you check whether your system meets the FM23 minimum system requirements.

    In some instances, this can be resolved by simply upgrading the Operating System on your device.

    If you are playing on Mac, you’ll need to have a macOS of 11 or later to run, that means Big Sur, Monterey or Ventura.
