    Description of issue

When I start playing the FM23, I found that the AFC Nation Coefficient Calculation is different from the real machanism.  This is the one when I press quick start (Use Hong Kong as example as it contains club to both confederation club competitions).  In this case, no more matches will be played by Hong Kong Clubs in Conferderation Competitions.

In the case above, we can find that Hong Kong Clubs gained the points in AFC Champions League is 4 for KItchee; while AFC Cup (Group Stage) is 6 for Eastern and AFC Cup (Qualifier) is 1 Win and 1 Loss for Lee Man, and 3.2 point is awarded as AFC Nation Coefficients.  I think FM23 has directly applied the calculation method with 1/3 ACC points = 1 ACL points which shown in AFC Manual on club competition.  But in fact, due to the format change in Sporting Season 2021, the calculation format has been changed.  Points awarded from AFC Cup has been changed according to the number of maximum matches could be played by the participation club (start counting from Group Stage to Final)

And in ACL 2022/23, as the format has also been slightly changed when compared with ACL 2021 (ACL Final will changed from one-off match into two round matches, and therefore the maximum number of matches for ACL 2022/23 participants will be changed from 10 to 11.  To be a consequence, points could be gained from Win/Draw/Loss of ACL participation club can reach 33 at most, which makes the maximum points could be awarded for AFC Cup participation club to be 11 (1/3 of 33 points).  Therefore, the table of P.30 of the entry manual would be change from 10 to 11 for AFC Cup 2022/23.  Also, bonus point also be awarded after additional qualification points has been implemented for both ACL and AFC Cup.  As I have not found out the official announcement from AFC of the change from 10 to 11 points in AFC Cup, I post the link from footy ranking as reference for the illustration of calculation of the Nation Coefficients.

And when try to click the details of the Nation Coefficients of Hong Kong (Link: AFC Country Points cpts – Footy Rankings), once may find that the total points award from Hong Kong is consisting from three parts - (1) average points awarded from ACL (since group stage); (2) average points awarded from AFC Cup (since group stage) and (3); total points awarded from all participation clubs in qualifier.  Therefore, the total nation coefficient should not be 3.2 in the case above (which I assume FM23 obtained by [4+6/3+0.2]/2=3.2), but 4+4.4+0.3=8.7 as the Nation Coefficient of Hong Kong in 2022.

    * For the 0.3, since 0.3 ACC points would be given to the club entering to each round of AFC Cup qualifier stage (preliminary or playoff) and 0.3 ACC points for each win in AFC Cup qualifier stage.  For Lee Man's case above, it would gained 0.3+0.3=0.6 from Second Preliminary Stage and 0.3 from Playoff Stage, with a total of 0.9 ACC points, which is equivalent to 0.3 ACL points

And actually, when I start my manager's career in March 2022 and participate the AFC Cup matches, the calculation of the Nation Coefficients also incorrect.

Until this stage, I can assume the point 3.633 is calculated by [6+(0.4+9+0.5)+3]/3, while 0.4 points are awarded for 2 wins in 2 qualififying stages, 0.5 points as bonus for the advancement to each stage of knockout stage.  And it violates with the actual mechanism of Nation Coefficient.

(Note: I have not captured the Nation Coefficient before playing the interzone semi-final, which I remember the points shown for Hong Kong is the same as after playing the interzone semi-final) In the case above, the Interzone final is not competed yet, but we can find Lee Man advanced to interzone final.  Therefore, (Maximum of matches in AFC Cup: 6) according to the entry manual, total bonus points gained by Lee Man should be 0.4 (Qualifier), 5.5+1 (Group Stage, with advance to knockout stage), 1.83+0.5 (Knockout Stage - 1 Win with advancement to next stage), which is 9.23 (0.4 before Group Stage, 8.83 since Group Stage).  And Hong Kong should gain 6+(8.83+1.83)/2+0.4=11.73 points as Nation Coefficients.  Moreover, I don't know why FM23 has not updated the Nation Coefficients to me after winning the interzone semifinal.  Hope that the Nation Coefficients calculation could be fixed after the update.  Thank you.

One point to be added, the nation coefficients in 2019 was swapped with that in 2021.  Please fix it also.  Thank you.

https://www.the-afc.com/en/more/afc_ranking.html (Note: Although AFC is updated the nation coefficients with the 4 consecutive seasons counted from current season backward, their website does not update the number of year.  Therefore, I also post the link from Footy Ranking as below for your reference as cross-checking)
