Description of issue
When starting a new save in the JPL, the pre-season starts around June 20th, similar to when most teams started in real life.
From the second season onwards however, it doesn't start until the first week of July, which is pretty late for a competition that starts in late July. You tend to only have 3 proper weeks of preparation.
