Description of issue
In Danish lower leagues, at least, the wages of managers is way too low. As an example, managers in the Danish 6th tier earns between 50.000 and 100.000 dkr/year. https://www.dbujylland.dk/Nyheder/2016/Januar/Saa-meget-tjener-jyske-serietraenere.aspx. And this article is from 2016, and it can only have been rising since. Even just looking at the wage ratios between managers and players in Danish lower leagues is very bad. Players look like they have realistic wages, but managers are way low. It is not at all unrealistic that the average manager in the Danish "2. division" earns more than 250.000 dkr/year.
This is, by the way, not a specific FM23 problem. It has always been that way, but now is the time to give the realism in lower leagues a notch with all the resources that are.
