Disciplinary record of players in Qualifiers carries over to the Group Stages for the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League when it should be a fresh start.
e.g. I played 2 rounds of Champions League Qualifier matches against 2 different teams (4 matches total) and got knocked out during the Playoff round and am now playing in the Europa League Group stages. Yet all of my players who were one yellow card away from suspension during the Qualifying rounds (so on 2 yellow cards) now still get a suspension when picking up their 1st yellow card in the Group Stages.
P.S. I also save scummed to the latest qualifying match to test if this was also the case for the Qualifiers > Champions League and Conference League and it is. The disciplinary record does not reset once the group stages start when it should.
