Description of issue
Ranking 32nd in the coefficients, Moldova starts the team, which it sent to the European league, in the 3rd Preliminary Round instead of the 2nd Qualifying Round of the Europa League.
This problem is not unique to the Moldovan team, there is also the problem of the incorrect distribution of the teams in the 2nd and 3rd qualifying rounds of the Europa League.
