Description of issue
In a Cliftonville (N Ireland) save that I have going, I have qualified for the 2024/25 Champions League, the first season with the new League Phase format. However, I have noticed that the stadium capacity rules for the Champions League do not apply in the League Phase, but do apply in the qualifying rounds. This has meant that I have played qualifying games at my home ground (Solitude) in early rounds and also Windsor Park in rounds 3Q and Playoff rounds when Solitude does not meet capacity guidelines, but then move back to Solitude when the League Phase starts. The capacity guidelines are also enforced in the new League Phases of the Europa League and Conference League, and were enforced in the old Group Stage of the Champions League prior to 2024.
I'm guessing that these capacity guidelines should hold in the new Champions League League Phase as well, otherwise I'll be hosting Champions League football at my 3000 capacity ground 
Attached are screenshots of the Champions League stadium guidelines in the Group Stage/League Phase showing that the capacity guideline has disappeared, alongside the capacity guidelines in the Conference League and the Europa League respectively.
