Wrong loan limit counting LIGUE 1

I have found this same issue in Scotland. Advises there is 4 domestic loans per season, there were two existing loanees and no more allowed.

i dont understand your advice. (i am french)

i have try to take 5 player who are in ligue 1 on loan but there is the same issue

whan i have 3 players i have the message that the limit of 5 loans is already reached
