Description of issue
Thank you for resolving most of the major issues with Indonesia with the most recent update, but there is a weird mismatch between transfer window dates and contract dates in the Indonesian first league.
By default, contracts in BRI Liga 1 end on May 31st and marks the end of the season. This coincides with the pre-season tournament Piala Presiden, which starts in Mid June. However, the transfer window for Indonesia starts on July 1st. As a result, there is a 1-month gap in June where contracts are expired, but you are not able to sign anyone on a free. Any free signing that you make can only go through on July 1st.
For example, if you want to sign a player on a Bosman, while their contract expires on May 31st, they arrive on July 1st.
This isn't a game-breaking issue for the main league season, but it does cause major complications during the Piala Presiden tournament. It also has significant impacts on your ability to make transfers. If you have major turnover amongst your squad, and a lot of players are set to expire, you end up with a bare bones squad once June hits. This leads to a situation where you end up having fake players/ grey players playing during the Piala President tournament because signings don't come through. In addition, when trying to sign new players, they may no longer want to join your now empty squad because "your squad needs to be significantly improved."
Ideally the resolution here is that either the transfer window gets adjusted to begin on June 1st so that new signings can come in, or contracts are re-structured so that they end on June 30th.
Reproducing this issue is simple: just start a new game and look at the rules of when the transfer window begins versus when the contracts end.
