Description of issue
The constitution of the CONCACAF Nations League is incorrect. The distribution of the national teams across the leagues in FM23 follows that of the 2018/19 edition of the contest IRL, and doesn't account for the promotions and relegations of that edition.
The ongoing edition of the competition IRL is the 2022/23 edition, and to match the constitution of the current edition, the following changes should be made.
- El Salvador, Grenada, Jamaica, and Suriname should be in League A, not League B
- Bermuda, Cuba, Haiti, and Trinidad and Tobago should be in League B, not League A
- Bahamas, Barbados, Guadeloupe, and Guatemala should be in League B, not League C
- Aruba, Dominica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia should be in League C, not League B
